Places to Visit in Iloilo City
Its capital is Jordan. The province is situated in the Panay Gulf , between the islands of Panay and Negros. To the northwest is the province of Iloilo and to the southeast is Negros Occidental. The whole island is part of the Metro Iloilo-Guimaras , one of the twelve metropolitan areas of the Philippines. The province consists primarily of Guimaras Island, and also includes Inampulugan , Guiwanon or Guiuanon , Panobolon, Natunga, Nadulao, and many surrounding islets.

We ordered “sizzling bulalo, garlic mushrooms, grilled tomato soup and carbonara. I’ve been to many restaurants in Iloilo City and the Mango Tree is by far one of the best, a place I would definitely return to. I would highly recommend the Mango Tree to any who is visiting Iloilo City. Had a mother’s day dinner with the family. Upon entering the venue, the soft lights and table set-up invite you to relax and have a conversation. As we ordered our food, the ambiance seemed to nicely pair with a glass of wine which unfortunately they were out of stock.
The waiter adviced that the food may be out by minutes. Conversations flow until we realized the food is taking too long around min. We ordered crispy kangkong, vegetable kare-kare, lechon kawali, chicken pesto and carbonara. When the food finally arrived, we liked the crispy kangkong.

Iloilo has always had a reputation to me of goooood foood!!! If you come here, be prepared to gain a few lbs specialy if you love sea food.
